A: We carefully source items from thrift stores, estate sales, garage sales, and online marketplaces. This allows us to curate a one-of-a-kind selection of vintage and pre-loved pieces for your home.

A: Most of our collection is true vintage (20+ years old), while some items are pre-loved or antique-inspired finds chosen for their craftsmanship and timeless aesthetic. Each listing includes details about the item’s age and condition.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we ship within Canada & United States.

Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight. Orders over $150 CAD ship free within Canada. We always aim to offer the most affordable and reliable shipping options available.

Q: What if my item is damaged during shipping?

A: While we package each item carefully, sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging. We will file a claim with the shipping provider and issue a refund once the claim is approved.

Q: Can I cancel or change an order after it’s placed?

A: All sales are final once an order is placed. We do not accept cancellations or changes after purchase, so please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
